Nicole serves as Executive Assistant at Colearn Academy, where she supports school leadership and helps coordinate the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running efficiently. She is passionate about streamlining processes, improving communication, and building systems that allow staff to focus on serving students and families.

Working behind the scenes, Nicole assists with a wide range of administrative initiatives, organizational projects, and operational support. Her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence help ensure that students, families, and staff have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Knowing that her behind-the-scenes work helps support student success and strengthens the overall school experience is what she finds most rewarding.

One of Nicole’s favorite parts of her role is helping take the stress out of the educational journey for families. She strives to create clear, organized processes and be a dependable resource when questions arise, ensuring parents and students feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Nicole is a busy mom of four boys, so life is always full of energy, activity, and adventure!
