A Message from Executive Director Amber Robinson
As we head into this season of gratitude, I’ve been reflecting on what makes Colearn Academy so special—and it always comes back to one thing: our families. Every day, I am reminded that the heart of our model isn’t found in a curriculum or a platform. It’s found in the collaboration, creativity, and commitment shared between parents, students, and our dedicated staff.
At Colearn, we believe learning thrives when families are supported, empowered, and given the flexibility to shape what education looks like at home. Our work is not to replace the parent—it’s to partner with you. It’s to stand alongside your family through every success, every challenge, and every unexpected twist in the learning journey. Whether your child learns best through hands-on exploration, project-based learning, or independent study, we are here to ensure that learning feels personal, purposeful, and possible.
Leading this community is a privilege I do not take lightly. I have the honor of witnessing growth unfold in so many different ways—small victories, brave attempts, big breakthroughs, and steady perseverance. No two families walk the same path, and that’s the beauty of Colearn. We embrace those differences. We celebrate them. We build around them.
To our current families: thank you. Thank you for choosing Colearn Academy and for inviting us into your child’s world. Your trust and partnership mean everything. The work you do at home—encouraging, supporting, guiding, teaching—is powerful, and our team is grateful to come alongside you in that mission.
