Alicia Knable serves as a Reading Interventionist at Colearn Academy, where she supports students in developing strong literacy skills and building confidence as readers. She is passionate about helping students experience those exciting moments when learning clicks and they recognize their own ability to succeed.

She works closely with students and educators to provide targeted reading support and individualized instruction that meets each learner’s unique needs. Alicia is committed to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported, capable, and motivated to grow.

Alicia loves being part of the Colearn Academy community, especially the incredible staff and students who make it such a special place. She appreciates the positive relationships built throughout the school and the opportunity to work alongside others who truly care about student success.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for Alicia is watching students experience the moment when a new skill finally comes together. Seeing a student understand something they have been working toward and realizing their own potential is what makes her work so meaningful.
