Courtney Cullen is passionate about early childhood education and believes that strong relationships are at the heart of student success. She loves partnering with families and treasures the opportunity to teach young learners during some of the most important years of their educational journey.

One of Courtney's favorite parts of each school day is listening to her students excitedly share stories, accomplishments, and little moments from their lives each morning. Those conversations serve as a daily reminder of the joy, connection, and purpose that inspired her to become a teacher.

Courtney loves the flexibility that Colearn provides and the strong sense of community shared among students, families, and staff. She is committed to creating a welcoming classroom where every child feels encouraged to grow, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

A fun fact about Courtney is that she attended high school in Singapore, where she also had the opportunity to play on Singapore's national softball team.

As a Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher for Arizona, Courtney Cullen creates engaging, nurturing learning environments where young students build strong academic foundations while developing confidence and a love of learning. She partners closely with families to provide personalized instruction that supports each child's unique needs and encourages growth both inside and outside the classroom.

Her responsibilities include planning and delivering developmentally appropriate instruction, fostering meaningful relationships with students and families, monitoring student progress, and creating a classroom culture where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. Courtney is passionate about helping students discover their potential while making learning a joyful experience.
