Cheryl Stahle brings a wealth of experience in education and a deep commitment to supporting both teachers and students. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for building strong relationships rooted in trust, knowing that meaningful connections create the foundation for both personal and professional growth.

While her role has shifted from the classroom to coaching educators, Cheryl finds great joy in watching teachers discover their voice, grow in confidence, and flourish as instructional leaders. Seeing educators embrace their strengths and make a lasting difference in the lives of students continually reminds her why she chose a career in education.

Cheryl's favorite part of the Colearn community is the culture of trust that exists among staff, students, and families. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where educators feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to help every learner succeed.

Role

As Instructional Coach, Cheryl Stahle partners with teachers to strengthen instruction, build confidence, and support professional growth across Colearn Academy. She works alongside educators to provide coaching, resources, and encouragement that help create engaging, student-centered learning experiences.

Her responsibilities include mentoring teachers, supporting instructional best practices, facilitating professional development, and fostering collaboration across grade levels. Cheryl is passionate about empowering teachers to grow in their craft so they can positively impact the lives of every student they serve.
