Shaneki is passionate about being part of a school community where staff genuinely support one another and consistently show up for students. She values the strong sense of teamwork at Colearn Academy and the shared commitment to helping every learner succeed, no matter the challenge.

She especially enjoys the collaborative spirit among staff and the way colleagues step in to help one another whenever needed. Shaneki appreciates being part of a culture where people care deeply, work together with purpose, and always put students first.

Outside of work, Shaneki is an empty nester and enjoys this new season of life with her husband while their children are thriving in college.

Role

Shaneki serves as Director of Operations at Colearn Academy, where she oversees the systems, processes, and daily operations that help the school run smoothly and effectively. She is passionate about ensuring staff have the support they need and that students and families experience a well-organized, responsive, and caring school environment.

She works closely with school leadership and staff to streamline operations, strengthen communication, and support the overall mission of Colearn Academy. Shaneki is committed to building efficient systems that allow educators to focus on what matters most—student success and meaningful learning experiences.
