Keshia loves being part of a supportive and collaborative school environment where teachers and staff genuinely encourage one another and work together to help students succeed. At Colearn Academy, she values the strong sense of teamwork and the shared commitment to student growth and success.

One of her favorite parts of teaching is helping students tap into their creativity and watching them grow as writers and speakers. Seeing students gain confidence, express their ideas more clearly, and take pride in their progress is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

She especially appreciates the Colearn community and the meaningful relationships built among staff, describing her experience with the Arizona team as wonderful friendships that she looks forward to continuing while getting to know the South Carolina team as well.

Outside of teaching, Keshia traveled to Europe by herself at the age of 16, an experience that reflects her independence and adventurous spirit.

Role

Ms. Case serves as Assistant Principal for grades 9–12 at Colearn Academy, where she supports students, families, and teachers in creating a positive, engaging, and student-centered high school experience. She is passionate about helping students grow academically, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for success in school and beyond graduation.

She works closely with teachers to support strong instruction, celebrate student growth, and ensure that learning experiences are meaningful, accessible, and responsive to the needs of all learners. Ms. Case values building strong relationships across the school community and is committed to fostering a safe, encouraging environment where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
