Stephanie Sansone loves building meaningful relationships with students and families and considers it one of the greatest joys of teaching at Colearn Academy. She values the opportunity to be part of each student's unique learning journey, providing personalized support that helps every child grow academically while feeling known, encouraged, and successful.

Some of Stephanie's most rewarding moments come from working one-on-one with students who need additional support. Watching their confidence grow as they begin to believe in themselves and celebrate their progress continually reminds her why she chose a career in education and reinforces her passion for helping every student reach their potential.

Stephanie appreciates the supportive and collaborative culture that makes the Colearn community so special. She is committed to partnering with families and colleagues to create an encouraging environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.

A fun fact about Stephanie is that her dream vacation is to visit Australia.

Role

As a Fourth and Fifth Grade Teacher, Stephanie Sansone creates a supportive, engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, build confidence, and become independent learners. She partners closely with families to provide personalized instruction that meets students where they are while helping them reach their individual goals.

Her responsibilities include planning and delivering meaningful instruction, monitoring student progress, building strong relationships with students and families, and creating a classroom culture where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Stephanie is passionate about helping students develop confidence in their abilities while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
