Personalized Learning with the Flexibility Families Want

Colearn Academy partners with Arizona families to provide flexible, home-based education with real academic support. Through our Arizona ESA private program, families can customize their child’s education while receiving guidance, curriculum support, live classes, intervention services, clubs, and enrichment opportunities.

We are currently accepting Arizona ESA students in grades K–12.

How to Enroll

Step 1 – Complete the Registration Form

Use the registration link below to complete your student’s application.

Important:
To begin the registration process, select 2026–2027 Arizona Colearn Academy from the program options.

When prompted to choose a school, please select Colearn Academy Private Pay. This option is required for all Arizona ESA enrollments and allows our team to process your application correctly.

Step 2 – Submit Student Information

Arizona ESA students are not required to provide proof of residency for enrollment processing.

However, we will need documentation to verify your student’s:

• Date of Birth

Additional records may be requested after enrollment for placement or scheduling purposes.

Step 3 – Watch Your Email

After submitting your application, please monitor your email closely for:

• Enrollment updates
• Next steps
• Tuition invoice reminders
• Class and scheduling information

Our enrollment team will contact you as your application is processed.
