Heather Boyd serves as a Special Education Teacher at Colearn Academy, where she partners with students and families to create personalized learning experiences that help every child grow and succeed. She works closely with families and fellow educators to develop meaningful learning opportunities that build confidence, encourage growth, and celebrate each student's unique strengths. Heather is committed to fostering an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Heather was inspired to become a teacher through her desire to serve others and make a lasting difference in the lives of students. She believes education has the power to open doors and build confidence that extends far beyond the classroom.

Outside of teaching, Heather's favorite food is corn—a fun fact that always brings a smile!
