Management Organization Relationship
Colearn Academy South Carolina does not operate under a separate education management organization (EMO) or charter management organization (CMO). Therefore, there is no management organization contract to post.
Proposed Board Bylaw Amendments
Colearn Academy South Carolina has made proposed amendments to its Board of Directors Bylaws available for public review beginning October 13, 2026. The proposed changes address Board member terms, election procedures, voting eligibility, and election notification requirements.
The proposed amendments are scheduled for discussion at the October 26, 2026 Board meeting, with consideration for approval anticipated at the November 23, 2026 Board meeting. The amendments have not yet been adopted and remain subject to Board approval.
Board Meetings
All Colearn Academy Governing Board meetings are held virtually and are open to the public in accordance with South Carolina open meeting and livestream requirements.
Meetings are conducted via Zoom, allowing the public to observe in real time through video and audio access.
