Board of Directors Election Update

We are grateful to all candidates who put their names forward to serve and to the parent/guardians and staff who participated in Colearn Academy’s Board of Directors election. Your engagement and commitment to our school community are essential to strong governance and shared leadership.

The 2025 Board of Directors election was administered by the Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina (PCSASC) to ensure a transparent and independent process.

Effective January 1, 2026, the following individuals will serve on the Colearn Academy Board of Directors:

Two-Year Terms (January 2026–December 2027):

• Beth Bailey

• Marie Jones

One-Year Terms (January 2026–December 2026):

• Debbie Bond

• Lara Greges

Meetings

All Colearn Academy Governing Board meetings are held virtually and are open to the public in accordance with South Carolina open meeting and livestream requirements.

Meetings are conducted via Zoom, allowing the public to observe in real time through video and/or audio access.
