Courtney Little serves as a Special Education Teacher at Colearn Academy, where she supports students in reaching their academic and personal goals through individualized instruction and meaningful relationships. She is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and celebrate their growth along the way.

She works closely with students, families, and fellow educators to create supportive learning experiences that meet each student’s unique needs. Courtney is committed to fostering an environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.

Courtney is passionate about being part of a student’s growth journey and celebrating those moments when learning finally clicks. She loves building relationships with students and watching their confidence grow as they discover what they are capable of achieving.

She is excited to join Colearn Academy because of its commitment to students, learning, and creating a positive school community. Courtney looks forward to partnering with families, collaborating with fellow educators, and being part of a team that truly cares about helping every learner succeed.

Courtney was inspired to become a teacher because of her love for working with children and her desire to make a difference every day. She believes that helping students learn, grow, and feel valued is one of the most rewarding parts of education.

Outside of teaching, Courtney is a licensed cosmetologist and owns a bridal business, where she helps brides feel beautiful and confident on one of the most important days of their lives.
