As a High School Physical Education Teacher, Stefanie Gaither creates an encouraging and active learning environment where students are motivated to build healthy habits, develop physical fitness, and understand the importance of lifelong wellness. She partners closely with students and families to promote growth in both physical health and personal confidence.

Her responsibilities include planning and delivering standards-based physical education instruction, promoting fitness and wellness activities, encouraging student participation and personal goal-setting, and fostering strong relationships with students. Stefanie is passionate about helping students build healthy lifestyles while making meaningful connections between learning and real-life application.

Stefanie Gaither is passionate about building lasting impact in the lives of students and finds great joy in watching them apply what they learn in meaningful, real-world ways. She believes that education comes full circle when students are able to carry those lessons into their everyday lives.

As she joins Colearn Academy, Stefanie is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes individual student needs and ensures access to high-quality learning tailored to each learner. She values being part of a community that is committed to helping every student succeed.

Stefanie’s inspiration to become a teacher comes from a lifelong desire to enter the profession, shaped by the influence of her own teachers and the joy of seeing former students grow into successful adults. These experiences continue to fuel her passion for fostering student dreams and supporting their growth.

A fun fact about Stefanie is that she operates a 25-acre farm alongside her husband and children.
