Role

Nicole serves as Director of Registration at Colearn Academy, where she supports families through the enrollment and registration process and helps ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the school community. She is passionate about guiding parents as they select the best educational path for their child and ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

She works closely with families to answer questions, provide resources, and help students get set up for success from day one. Nicole plays a key role in ensuring that each student’s entry into Colearn is positive, clear, and centered on their individual needs and goals.

Nicole is passionate about supporting families as they navigate important educational decisions and finds great joy in being part of a school community where support is the highest priority. At Colearn Academy, she values the commitment to helping parents choose the best learning path for their child, supporting students in reaching their goals, and empowering teachers to provide meaningful, high-quality instruction.

She finds the most rewarding part of her role in watching students thrive and succeed in an environment designed to meet their needs. Nicole loves seeing how Colearn’s flexibility, resources, and support help transform school from something overwhelming into an experience where students can grow, explore, and excel.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys country line dancing and has even taught a few classes!
